How to Fill Online Form: Haryana Police FSL Recruitment 2026, DNA Division
- Download the notification and the Annexure-I application form from haryanapolice.gov.in (Public Notice section).
- Check your eligibility (qualification, DNA casework experience, age).
- Fill in the form completely, and paste and self-attest a recent photograph.
- Attach self-attested copies of your educational certificates, experience certificates (casework experience for scientific posts), date of birth proof, category certificate (if applicable) and ID proof.
- Send it by Registered Post or Speed Post, or deliver it in person during office hours, to: The Director, Forensic Science Laboratory, Haryana, Madhuban, Karnal – 132037 (Haryana)
- Make sure it reaches by 10 November 2026, 5:00 PM. Email applications are not accepted.
