Visit the CCRS official website at ccrs.ayush.gov.in and download the application form format corresponding to your post (Annexure I, II, or III).
Fill out the application form carefully in block letters and paste your recent passport-sized photograph in the designated slot.
Prepare a Bank Demand Draft (DD) of ₹300 drawn in favor of "Central Council for Research in Siddha" payable at Chennai (if applicable).
Write your name, advertisement number, and the applied post on the back of the Demand Draft.
Attach self-attested copies of all essential educational qualification certificates, age proof, experience certificates, and category certificates.
Put the filled application form and documents in an envelope superscribed with "Application for the post of [Post Name]".
